Do you require a reservation to visit the Waverly Hills Sanatorium?

Yes. Tickets for the coming 2024 season will go on sale January 1 at midnight.

How many people can you bring on a private investigation?

The price listed is for 10 people. You may add more at a cost of $110 each to be paid upon arrival. We recommend you call the office in advance to let us know if you plan to bring more than 10.

Is there a minimum age requirement for tours?

We recommend minimum age of 13.

Is there a minimum age on Public Investigations?

Yes. The minimum age on our public investigations is 18. We do, however, offer Junior Investigations for our friends under age 18 who must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a reservation?

When we have available events, you will be able to book on our website. You are also welcome to contact our office at 502-690-7880

Where do I check in for my tour or investigation?

Use the GPS address 4301 E. Pages Lane and drive past the golf course to Gate A. If you still reach Gate B, please follow directions on sign.

Do I need to bring printed tickets?

It is not necessary, but it never hurts.

When is your tour season?

Our regular season is March 1 – End of August

When do tickets for the upcoming season go on sale?

January 1st at midnight

Do you allow refunds?

No.

Do you offer daytime tours?

Yes. Please check our tours during tour season for our next available daytime Historical tours.

Are you allowed to bring ghost hunting equipment on 2 hour tours?

No, but you are welcome to bring them on investigations, both public and private.

Are you Handicap Accessible?

No. Due to the age of the building there are no working elevators.

Are there restrooms available?

Yes, we have new wonderfully welcoming restroom facilities inside the building.

Is there anything else I should know before arrival?

No photos of the building exterior upon entering for your tour after dark.

Please keep your headlights on low as you drive up the hill.

Junior Investigations

These are geared toward our younger paranormal enthusiasts. Ages 13-17 are welcome with a parent or legal guardian. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed on our regular public investigations.

When are the Junior Investigations?

March 23, April 20, May 18, June 22, July 27, August 24

Is the Pump House available for the 2024 Season?

Yes! You may purchase your Pump House stay when you book your investigation on Eventbrite. You will find a link for booking on our home page. You may also call us at (502) 690-7880 to book if you have already booked your investigation.

What are things I need to know about the Pump House stay?

 Our Pump House stay is $500 for up to 10 people, $50 each for additional guests. You will need to bring bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as we do not provide those items. We do provide bunk beds for up to 16 people, new clean restrooms with showers, local tv, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot (bring your own coffee), and much more! The Pump House is also a great location for further investigation. 

Do you allow pets on the property?

No. We do not allow pets inside the building, nor do we allow them to be left in your vehicle during tours or events.
